Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Manager Role Description : - Help build the ERS value proposition by consistently innovating and enhancing the existing solutions - Conduct extensive research to enhance the input and output and improve the value proposition of the project findings and recommendations - Assimilate and analyse data, craft working models / frameworks and prepare recommendations for presentation to client management - Effectively communicate the findings and recommendations, its parameters, its assumptions and its inner workings to audiences who vary widely in their levels of technical fluency and seniority - Support development of practice marketing collateral - Assist in new business development activities, including prospect research and proposal development - Evaluate and develop or refine client's Enterprise Risk Management programs, including: - Conduct Risk Assessments to define risk profile - Review current risk control and mitigation activities and identify opportunities for improvement - Compile appropriate risk-centric metrics for identified risks - Assist in quantification of identified risks and risk portfolio - Assess risk infrastructure and recommend enhancement opportunities - Develop and implement tailored concepts for risk recognition, measurement, and control - Create client-specific ERM training materials - Evaluate and develop or refine client's Business Continuity Management, Emergency Response and/or Crisis Management programs, including: - Develop program administrative structures, policies, and standards - Conduct Business Impact Analysis - Identify and evaluate mitigation and recovery strategies for critical processes and resources - Guide client engagements to draft Business Continuity Plans , Emergency Response Plans and Crisis Management Plans - Develop and conduct awareness and training sessions - Provide implementation support in execution of aforementioned programs and activities - Monitor and report on various identified metrics of the BCM program - Develop and participate in the table-top drills under different rolls, observer, evaluator, facilitator and assist in compiling reports - Follow up and ensure completion of BCM/ER/CM tasks such as Business Impact Analysis, Function Handover, Trainings, Drills etc. by LoS/BU within specified timeline - Build, manage and train a team of world class Enterprise Risk and Resiliency professionals - Build a sound project management system in place and ensure documentation of project briefs to the end delivery Skills/Requirements : - Masters in Economics / Business / Finance / Statistics / Econometrics etc. or Engineering + MBA from a reputed university or college - 12+ years of experience on consulting projects especially in the domain of ERM, Emergency Response, BCM and Crisis Management - Good level of familiarity in ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and NFPA 1600 Standards - Good level of familiarity with ISO 31000 and COSO frameworks - Extensive experience on working with Risk Frameworks - Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills - Exceptional project management and multi-tasking skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication - English - A team player with extraordinary interpersonal skills with demonstrated stakeholder management
