
Description:
A leading fintech affordability platform is hiring a senior enterprise sales leader to drive go-to-market and revenue growth for its assisted / offline affordability products. This role will own acquisition and expansion of large enterprise merchants across finance-led categories, working closely with senior business, product, and technology stakeholders to embed assisted credit solutions across offline and agent-led channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end enterprise merchant acquisition for assisted affordability products
- Close high-value enterprise deals across verticals such as travel, edtech, insurance, consumer durables, and home
- Build and manage strong CXO and senior stakeholder relationships across business, product, and IT teams
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across assigned enterprise accounts
- Position and customize assisted affordability solutions based on merchant-specific needs
- Collaborate internally to support account expansion, seasonal campaigns, and long-term partnerships
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management
- Strong background selling fintech, financial products, or digital credit solutions
- Mandatory recent experience in offline / assisted / field-led enterprise sales
- Proven ability to close complex enterprise partnerships independently
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Based in Mumbai with full-time office commitment
