Sr. Manager - Engagement & Culture Responsibilities: Employee Engagement: 2. The focal point for all surveys including Great Place to Work, Gallup and Culture Survey. 3. Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and values. 4. Identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement through innovative programs, initiatives, and policies. 5. Conduct research, surveys, and assessments to understand employee needs, preferences, and areas for improvement. Employee Communication: 2. Develop and implement a robust internal communication strategy to ensure effective dissemination of information and alignment across the organization. 3. Coordinate regular communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, digital platforms, and town hall meetings, to keep employees informed and engaged. 4. Create compelling and engaging content for various communication mediums to convey company updates, initiatives, and success stories. Onboarding and Induction: 2. Onboarding Program Development: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and department heads, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and continuously improve the onboarding program. Tailor onboarding processes to meet the specific needs of various roles and departments within the organization. 3. Process Implementation: Execute and manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a seamless experience from pre-employment to post-employment phases. 4. Orientation and Training: Facilitate orientation sessions to welcome new employees, introduce them to company culture, values, policies, and processes. Coordinate and monitor the delivery of training programs to equip new team members with the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with all departments to ensure that new hires have all the necessary tools, equipment, and access to systems and resources required to perform their job effectively. 6. Mentorship and Support: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new employees during their onboarding period, addressing any questions, concerns, or challenges they may encounter. Monitor progress and ensure a smooth integration into the team. 7. Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously assess the effectiveness of the onboarding program and collect feedback from new employees and their managers. Utilize this feedback to make improvements and enhance the onboarding experience. 8. Onboarding Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the success and efficiency of the onboarding process. Regularly report on key onboarding metrics to management Training and Development: 2. To identify and provide opportunities for professional growth and skill development. 3. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and mentoring programs to enhance employee engagement, leadership capabilities, and career advancement opportunities. 4. Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvements. Measurement and Reporting: 2. Establish metrics, benchmarks, and evaluation methodologies to measure and track employee engagement levels and the effectiveness of engagement initiatives. 3. Generate reports and presentations to communicate engagement trends, progress, and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership. Qualifications: - Postgraduate with Degree in Human Resources - Proven experience (4/5 years) in employee engagement, communication, or related roles. - Strong knowledge of employee engagement strategies, best practices, and industry trends. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and presentations. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives. - Proficient in using various communication tools, platforms, and digital media. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Analytical mindset with experience in survey design, data analysis, and reporting. - Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with the ability to build relationships and work with cross-functional teams. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in employee well-being and development. - Proactive, innovative, and adaptable to changing business needs.
