Strong Senior Manager / Associate Director - Employee Relations Profiles
- Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 10+ years of overall HR experience with a strong and consistent focus on Employee Relations, grievance handling, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have deep hands-on experience managing end-to-end Employee Relations cases including grievances, misconduct, disciplinary actions, workplace conflicts, and sensitive investigations (including POSH-related scenarios).
- Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have strong expertise in HR policy design, governance, and implementation including Health & Safety, Code of Conduct, Grievance Handling, PIP, and disciplinary frameworks.
- Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have strong knowledge and practical exposure to Indian labor laws, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation practices; should be capable of partnering with legal teams when required.
- Mandatory (Experience 6) - Must have strong stakeholder management experience, working closely with leadership, HR Ops, Employee Experience teams, and business managers to drive ER interventions and resolutions.
- Mandatory (Experience 7) - Must have proven experience in conducting investigations, maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance, and driving fair and unbiased resolutions in complex situations.
- Mandatory (Company) - Must come from large-scale organizations (500+ employees minimum), with exposure to structured HR environments and experience working with geographically distributed / virtual teams.
- Preferred (Education) - MBA / Master's in HR or related field is preferred; strong bachelor's candidates from reputed organizations can be considered.
