Senior Manager - Employee Relations & Investigations - IT

- We are handling an exciting and challenging opportunity with a leading Tech organization for the role of a Sr. Manager Employee Relations & Investigation.

- The role involves leading employee relations initiatives, developing and implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Responsibilities include overseeing case investigations, managing employee relations cases with confidentiality and professionalism, and aligning employee engagement strategies with organizational goals. The role also requires maintaining compliance with labor and employment laws and ensuring best practices are upheld in performance management.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Employee Relations and Employee Engagement, with the ability to foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee concerns effectively.

- Strong understanding and implementation experience of HR Policies and Performance Management processes aligned with organizational standards and objectives.

- In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing legal HR matters confidently.

- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and maintain ethical standards in operations.

- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

- Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in HR practices is advantageous.

- Previous experience in a similar employee relations, POSH, Investigations management role is highly preferred.

- Candidate coming from Tech & Services background is preferred.
