One of our leading renowned client into Manufacturing & Selling from F&B with a renowned brand name having presence across India as well as across globe, They are looking for a dynamic leader for the role of Manager/Sr.Manager ETP based in Mumbai. Sharing the details below:

Position: Manager/Sr. Manager ETP

Reporting to: Head EHS

Location: Mumbai

CO-ORDINATES WITH: Quality Assurance, Technical departments

JOB PURPOSE: To monitor and ensure successful EHS compliance & practices across plants

Principle Responsibilities:

- Operation & Maintenance of ETP consisting of anaerobic treatment, ASP, UF & RO plant.

- Good understanding of testing procedure of water & wastewater parameter.

- Troubleshooting ETP, UF, RO and advising corrective action after assessing the situation.

- Operating of different types of sludge dewatering system.

- Ensuring that the ETP performance is up to the required standards

- Identify weaknesses or potential risks within the ETP process and work with the respective Technical and QA teams for control over quality parameters.

- Data analysis and trend study of processes at the Plant to Improve Plant Water Usage Ratio utilization ration (WUR) & Effluent Generation Ratio - EGR in co-ordination with QA, technical, and other Cross Functional Teams.

- To track compliance with all legal Pollution Control Board norms and forms filing, before the stipulated time period

- Preparing Safety audit reports at Plant.

- Filling all PCB legal forms for submission

- To track compliance of the plant processes by ensuring the continuous efficient running of the Environmental Pollution Control Plants & Equipment compliance

- Solid & Hazardous Waste Management of Plant, along with continuous track on disposal to authorized TSDF, incineration facilities.

- Good understanding of Fire detection & Fire Protection Systems. Able to operate & maintain the system and ensuring the statutory compliances

- Safety Compliances EHS Trainings, Awareness Sessions, Mock Drills at the Plant.

- Compliance with the CGWA / state GWB requirement w.r.t ground water extraction
