Role Overview:

As the Senior Manager Ecommerce Sales - Logistics / Delivery Services, you will be at the forefront of driving growth by acquiring and managing key ecommerce clients for our logistics and delivery solutions. Your day-to-day will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with decision-makers at leading ecommerce companies, and crafting tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.


You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. This role directly impacts our revenue growth and market share within the rapidly expanding ecommerce logistics sector, enabling our clients to optimize their supply chains and enhance their customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new ecommerce clients for our logistics and delivery services, contributing to significant revenue growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target ecommerce companies, fostering long-term partnerships.

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the specific logistics and delivery challenges of prospective clients, enabling the creation of customized solutions.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our services, resulting in successful deal closures.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and maximizing profitability.

- Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to ensure seamless service implementation and ongoing client satisfaction, leading to high retention rates.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge, informing strategic adjustments.

- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to management and driving continuous improvement in sales strategies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies within the ecommerce and logistics sectors.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level clients.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling effective client interactions and deal closures.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing for the creation of customized solutions to meet client needs.

- Deep understanding of ecommerce business models, supply chain dynamics, and logistics operations.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration as needed.
