Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy focused on acquiring and retaining e-commerce and banking partners.
- Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities based on market analysis and strategic alignment.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal product and technology teams to integrate our client's solutions seamlessly into partner platforms.
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess progress, address challenges, and explore new initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of integrated solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying emerging opportunities and threats.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrable ability to drive corporate sales and achieve revenue targets through strategic partnerships.
- Proven expertise in business development, including identifying, negotiating, and closing partnership deals.
- Strong understanding of solution sales, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of complex financial products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective partnership strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's/masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
