Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Senior Manager D2C to lead and scale our end-to-end e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for optimizing website performance, enhancing customer retention, managing seamless order fulfillment, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns. This role demands a strong blend of analytical acumen and user-centric creativity, ensuring a compelling and efficient customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day operations on Shopify including listings, updates, offers, and collections.

- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, accurate stock sync, and proactive RTO (Return to Origin) reduction strategies.

- Streamline operational processes for maximum efficiency and scalability.

Performance & Analytics

- Monitor and analyze key metrics (traffic, CVR, bounce rate, SKU performance) using tools like

Google Analytics and Shopify.

- Generate daily/weekly performance dashboards.

- Drive funnel optimization through A/B testing and continuous experimentation.

Customer Experience & Retention

- Enhance the end-to-end customer journey across site and post-purchase phases.

- Collaborate with CRM teams on WhatsApp, SMS, and email marketing journeys.

- Strategize to reduce drop-offs and increase repeat purchases and LTV (lifetime value).

Campaigns & Content Coordination

- Liaise with design, tech, and marketing teams to launch D2C campaigns.

- Ensure product detail pages (PDPs) and creative assets are brand-aligned and conversion-optimized.

Growth Strategy & Innovation

- Own D2C revenue planning including pricing, bundling, offer strategies, and automation.

- Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify new growth levers and strategic opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in D2C or e-commerce operations; direct experience with Shopify is a must.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, GA, Klaviyo (or similar platforms).

- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of user behavior, storytelling, and digital flows.

- Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry is highly preferred.
