Job Title: Senior Manager-Marketplace Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 3 to 8 years of experience in marketplace management, preferably within consumer brands, D2C, or beauty/personal care industries Educational Qualification: B.Tech /MBA / Other Bachelor's or Master's Degree Preferred Background: Candidates from reputed/pedigree institutes About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager-Marketplace to drive revenue growth across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, as well as quick commerce platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and Instamart. The role entails end-to-end ownership of product listings, catalog management, SEO, and performance marketing to optimize visibility and sales. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and leadership skills. Responsibilities include market research, team management, performance reporting, and relationship building with key stakeholders. Responsibilities: 1. Marketplace Strategy & Growth - Own the P&L for marketplace channels - Develop and implement growth strategies across platforms - Identify new marketplace opportunities and launch plans 2.
