Head of D2C (Direct-to-Consumer).

Head Ecommerce & digital sales.

Location: Mumbai - On site.

Reporting to: Director.

5+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or digital sales.

Key Responsibilities:

D2C Strategy & Performance Ownership:

- Own and drive the P&L for the D2C channel with aggressive sales growth targets.

Website Management:

- Lead end-to-end management of the D2C website including UI/UX, SEO, CRO, and tech improvements.

Team & Cross-functional Leadership:

- Build and manage a cross-functional D2C team across digital marketing, performance, operations, and customer experience.

- Coordinate with marketing, content, merchandising, logistics, and customer support to drive seamless operations.

Marketing & Growth Execution:

- Lead performance marketing across paid media, organic channels, email, influencer, and affiliate programs.

Data & Performance Tracking:

- Monitor key metrics including traffic, conversion rate, CAC, AOV, and ROAS.

Competition & Industry Intelligence:

- Actively track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging D2C innovations.

Desired Profile:

- Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or digital sales.

- Proven experience in scaling D2C revenue, preferably in consumer brands (apparel, lifestyle).

- Strong understanding of Shopify, digital marketing, analytics, and tech integrations.

- Leadership experience managing cross-functional digital teams.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
