Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day distribution operations across multiple warehouses and fulfilment centers.

- Develop and implement strategies for efficient inventory movement and last-mile delivery.

- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and cost per shipment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service) to ensure operational excellence.

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance productivity.

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for transportation and third-party logistics.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

- Prepare and manage budgets for distribution operations.

Required Experience:

- Total Experience: 8 - 12 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution Operations.

- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in e-commerce or retail distribution management.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale distribution networks and last-mile delivery.

- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), OMS (Order Management Systems), and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).

- Experience in process optimization and cost control.

- Leadership experience with ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.

- MBA or equivalent preferred.

Skills Required:

- Expertise in distribution planning and execution.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and data-driven decision-making.

- Knowledge of automation tools and emerging technologies in fulfilment.
