- Proven experience in presales, solutioning, consulting, or enterprise solution architecture roles

- Strong understanding of airline operations, customer experience, revenue management, cargo, loyalty, digital platforms, and IT ecosystems

- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior client leadership
