- We are hiring a Sr. Manager / Director - Microsoft Partner Management (India) to own and scale a strategic alliance with Microsoft India. This role is well suited for someone who has worked closely with Microsoft field teams and understands how PDMs, PSS, CSA/ATS, and sellers operate on the ground.
Position: Global Microsoft Alliance Director
Location: Hyderabad
This is a senior, customer-facing leadership role focused on field alignment, co-sell execution, and GTM impact in India. The role owns executive relationships with Microsoft India stakeholders and actively participates in field sales motions to drive pipeline and revenue.
What this role focuses on:
- Acting as the single-threaded owner for the Microsoft India relationship
- Engaging deeply with Microsoft PDMs, Partner Success, CSA/ATS, and field sellers
- Supporting opportunity shaping, joint account planning, and late-stage deal execution
- Driving co-sell pipeline across Enterprise, GCC, and Mid-Market accounts
- Building India-specific GTM motions aligned to:
- Azure Migration & Modernization
- Data & AI
- Security
- Modern Work & Copilot
- Leading Solutions Partner designations, advanced specializations, marketplace offers, and partner scorecard outcomes
- Internally orchestrating Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Partner Ops teams to deliver against Microsoft priorities
Ideal background:
- Former Microsoft experience (PDM, PSS, CSA, Azure / Industry Sales, or Partner roles) or extensive engagement with Microsoft India
- Strong understanding of Microsoft field rhythms, co-sell motions, and partner governance
- Hands-on experience driving pipeline influence - deal closure
- Familiarity with Azure, Security, Data & AI, or Modern Work workloads
- Experience working with SIs or services organizations supporting Microsoft-led transformations
