- The HR Corporate Solution Architect provides leadership, vision, and oversight to their own team as well as indirect teams (Shared Services, Development/Delivery teams) and drives business requirements / user stories, and solution blueprints; provides oversight for implementation/delivery activities and ultimately, ensures business value is realized for our technology initiatives. - May also be responsible for effective operations management of our technology solutions. - Applies knowledge of various global entities, geographies, business practices and workforces, as well as organization's strategic business objectives, to successfully execute key responsibilities. - Participate in audits related to security, compliance, and internal controls. - Support deployment of releases, including content configuration and readiness, user acceptance test activities, and enablement activities to industrialize new functionality. Responsibilities: HR IT Strategy: - Understand both our HR and Technology strategies. Business Acumen: - Develop and maintain knowledge of HR processes and understanding of related processes to encourage alignment with other organization, process, and technology areas. - Develop and maintain an understanding of industry and technology trends related to area of responsibility. Stakeholder Management: - Build and manage stakeholder relationships across business, process, and technology teams, driving coordination, communication. - Uses simple and easy-to-understand frameworks and formats (e.g., PowerPoint slides, reports, talking points) to present information and ideas. Technology Design, Development & Operations: - Capture business, functional, and application requirements, support prioritizing them by cost and opportunity within organization's overall business strategy, to maintain overall alignment to other initiatives / integration with other enterprise systems. - Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology requirements. - Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. - Oversee smooth flow of production operations to meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. - Effectively balance initiative release components (e.g., scope, quality, schedule) to ensure successful release of new capabilities.
