Role Overview:

- We are seeking a senior finance leader to head FP&A and GTM Strategy, partnering closely with business and leadership teams to drive growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making.

- This role blends deep financial expertise with commercial and market-facing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

FP&A Leadership:

- Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

- Own financial performance management, variance analysis, and profitability insights

- Build advanced MIS, dashboards, and financial models for leadership review

GTM & Growth Strategy:

- Partner with sales, marketing, and business leaders on GTM strategy

- Support pricing, deal structuring, margin optimization, and growth initiatives

- Analyze market, customer, and product economics to guide strategic decisions

Strategic & External Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with external stakeholders, partners, and clients on financial matters

- Support leadership in strategic discussions, reviews, and investment cases

- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and boards (as applicable)

Systems, Analytics & Governance:

- Drive adoption of advanced FP&A tools, analytics platforms, and automation

- Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and data integrity

Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in FP&A / Business Finance / Strategy

- Proven experience in GTM strategy and commercial finance

- Strong technical exposure to finance systems, analytics, and reporting

- Experience managing senior internal and external stakeholders

- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills

Education: CA / MBA (Finance) preferred
