Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Drug Safety / Pharmacovigilance leader to drive safety strategy, capability development, and senior industry engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep PV and clinical development expertise along with strong commercial and stakeholder-leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance
- Track and interpret evolving industry and regulatory trends
- Partner with Sales & Solutioning teams to shape proposals and improve win-rates
- Strengthen PV capability decks, offerings, and thought leadership
- Design innovative, cost-effective safety solutions for global clients
- Build senior-level industry relationships and represent the organisation at conferences
Required Experience & Skills:
- MBBS with 15-25 years' experience in Drug Safety / Pharmacovigilance / Clinical Development
- Strong foundation in pharmacology, toxicology, and clinical trial methodology
- Knowledge of FDA and global PV regulatory frameworks
- Experience with Argus / ARISg and data tools such as Excel / SAS
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capability
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs and cross-functional teams
- Management qualification will be an added advantage
