Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing strategic sales plans focused on media agency partnerships

- Driving new business opportunities through consultative, solution-led selling approaches

- Building and nurturing senior stakeholder relationships across agency leadership teams

- Translating platform capabilities into clear, outcome-oriented value propositions

- Owning revenue targets, deal closures, and long-term account growth

- Collaborating with internal teams to design joint initiatives and strategic programs

- Representing the organization at industry forums and agency-led engagements

Requirements:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in media agencies, ad-tech, platform sales, or partnerships roles

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred

- Proven track record in consultative selling and enterprise-level deal management

- Strong understanding of media agency business models and commercial structures

- Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
