Senior Manager/Director - Accounting Advisory

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Accounting Advisory practice. The role involves providing advisory services on complex accounting and financial reporting matters, supporting clients with GAAP conversions, IPO readiness, and transaction accounting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on accounting and financial reporting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP)

- Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS 115, 116, 109)

- Prepare technical accounting memos and position papers

- Assist in GAAP conversion engagements - Indian GAAP to Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP

- Draft and review financial statements in compliance with applicable GAAP

- Conduct impact assessment studies and provide training on new standards to clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: CA (Qualified) / CPA / ACCA

- Experience: 5-11 years in Accounting Advisory / Audit / Financial Reporting

- Strong understanding of Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP

- Working knowledge of SEBI and regulatory reporting frameworks is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is a bonus

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience with Big 4 or mid-size consulting firms preferred
