Industry: Leading Automotive Battery Manufacturing Company

Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

Experience: 8 - 10 Years in Direct Taxation

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end direct tax compliance, including Income Tax, TDS/TCS and Tax Audits.

- Drive tax planning, optimization and business tax advisory.

- Handle Transfer Pricing and International Taxation, including DTAA and cross-border transactions.

- Manage tax assessments, litigation, appeals and regulatory matters.

- Oversee tax provisioning, reporting, risk management and internal controls.

- Lead the direct tax team and coordinate with external consultants and tax authorities.

Key Skills:

- Strong expertise in Income Tax, Transfer Pricing and International Taxation.

- Experience in tax litigation and regulatory compliance.

- Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
