Senior Manager - Direct Taxation

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all direct tax compliance's returns, TDS, advance tax, and audits.

- Handle tax assessments, litigation, and appeals with authorities.

- Provide advisory on tax planning, restructuring, and M&A.

- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing and international tax regulations.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors.

- Monitor tax law changes and assess business impact.

- International taxation.

- Domestic taxation, TDS, attending assessments, drafting and appearing before authority.

- Agreement validation.

- Transform pricing.

- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP) and tax tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
