Senior Manager - Direct Fund Raising - Banking/Financial Services

- 8 - 10 years in direct fund raising, private banking, wealth management, or alternative investment sales with a direct investor mandate.

- Measurable track record of raising capital from HNI and UHNI investors - with evidence of AUM mobilised, average ticket sizes, and conversion rates.

- Proven experience converting Single and Multi-Family Offices into committed capital, including navigating investment committee processes.

- Prior experience raising for AIF, PMS, structured credit, private equity, or real estate fund products strongly preferred.

Core Competencies:

- Deep understanding of HNI, UHNI, and Family Office investment decision-making, risk appetite, and due diligence process in the Indian alternative investment context.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - able to engage credibly at principal and investment committee level.

- Strong investment knowledge - comfortable discussing structured credit, real estate fundamentals, risk-return frameworks, and portfolio construction.

- High relationship discipline - proactive, consistent, and trustworthy with a portfolio of high-value direct investor prospects.

- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset to independently build and grow a direct investor pipeline in a target-oriented environment.
