Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager - Direct Corporate Sales (Commercial Insurance) to drive business growth through the acquisition and management of corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, corporate insurance solutions, and commercial insurance products, with a proven track record of building client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, acquire, and manage corporate clients across various industry segments.

- Assess client risk exposures and provide suitable commercial insurance solutions.

- Drive sales of commercial insurance products, including:

1. Property Insurance

2. Marine Insurance

3. Fire Insurance

4. Liability Insurance

5. SME Insurance Solutions

6. Group Health Insurance

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Generate new business opportunities through direct corporate sales and business development initiatives.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

- Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and servicing.

- Achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in:

1. Direct Corporate Sales

2. B2B Sales

3. Corporate Insurance Solutions

4. Commercial Insurance Sales

- Hands-on experience in selling commercial insurance products such as Property, Marine, Fire, Liability, SME, and Group Health Insurance.

- Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
