Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the transformation roadmap for India operations, aligned with global objectives.
- Partner with CXO leadership to drive enterprise-wide change and innovation.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives to modernize processes, systems, and culture.
Innovation & Change Management:
- Introduce and scale innovation frameworks across business units.
- Lead organizational change programs, ensuring adoption and sustainability.
- Foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee transformation projects from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable ROI.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance mechanisms to monitor progress.
- Drive efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder alignment across functions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Influence and collaborate with CXO stakeholders, board members, and global leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor on transformation strategy and execution.
- Build strong networks internally and externally to benchmark best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 12+ years of proven experience in strategic transformation, innovation, and change management.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation programs across industries.
- Expertise in digital transformation, organizational design, and innovation frameworks.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
