Position Summary

Senior Manager Digital Marketing Operations CoE


KEY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY:


The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading best-in-class execution of digital marketing, ecommerce, and marketing operational excellence programs in alignment with strategic business objectives. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of the evolving digital marketing landscape to lead the team to apply best practices and deliver results. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills driving a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. This role reports into the Director of Digital Marketing Operations based in Hyderabad.


Key Role Expectations:


Lead the Work:


- Provide strategic oversight for the execution and optimization of digital marketing and ecommerce campaigns.


- Drive the enablement of the demand generation framework through standardized attribution and analytics to inform campaign strategies and lead management.


- Promote usage of data and analytics to enable campaign insights, measure success, and guide decision making.


- Drive operational excellence of marketing content through standard work, auditing, and enablement through the appropriate endpoints (website, channel partners, DAM, PIM, etc.).


- Champion the adoption of new digital technologies, platforms, and methodologies to accelerate and optimize campaign effectiveness and return on investment, as well as content production.


- Own the Marketing CoE operating model by establishing cadence, KPIs, and a report-out framework to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with the US-based marketing team.


- Manage and oversee the Marketing and Sales technology ecosystem and related insights, specifically CRM, Marketing Automation, and Analytics platforms.


- Develop Lead to Revenue modeling to relate campaign actions to business outcomes and goals.


- Drive marketing performance optimization through automation, AI, and standardized processes.


- Bring strong B2B experience, including Account-Based Marketing.


Lead the Team:


- Manage and mentor a team of marketing discipline leads.


- Identify skill gaps and implement training and development programs to ensure the team remains current on best practices and technologies.


- Drive a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.


- Be responsible for team performance management and development initiatives.


Skills and Competencies:


- 10 to 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 to 6 years in a leadership or management role in a shared services or GCC model.


- Domain expertise, hands-on experience, and strategic knowledge in digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, etc.) and eCommerce (Amazon, etc.).


- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing senior-level individual contributors and/or leads.


- Familiarity with content management platforms including DAM, PIM, CMS, etc.


- Experience with Business Intelligence and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).


- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.


- Excellent English interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.


- Strong ability to leverage data, analytics, and business intelligence to drive decision-making and measure success.


- Collaboration with cross-functional teams within India and US functions.


Preferred Qualifications/Attributes:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


- Tools exposure The types of tools referenced include Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics, Tableau, Google Ads, etc.
