About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior Manager - Digital Marketing to lead performance marketing, media buying, and digital strategy across Google, Meta, and other key platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling campaigns, managing budgets, driving ROI, and leading a high-performance digital team.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing & Media Buying
Own end-to-end management of performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Plan, execute & optimize multi-channel media buying to achieve CAC, ROAS, and revenue goals.
- Manage budgets effectively across channels and ensure maximum ROI.
- Explore and scale additional platforms such as Programmatic, LinkedIn Ads, Affiliate Networks, DV360, OTT, Influencer Performance, etc. (plus point).
- Strategy & Growth
Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through data-led insights.
- Lead A/B tests for ads, landing pages, funnels, audiences, and creatives.
- Collaborate with product, design, and CRM teams to maximize conversion and retention.
- Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance daily using GA4, platform dashboards & internal tools.
- Build performance dashboards and present insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Track metrics including CAC, ROAS, spend efficiency, conversions, LTV, attribution, and funnel drop-offs.
- Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketers/performance specialists.
- Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure high execution quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage agencies, media partners, and external technology platforms.
- Negotiate and evaluate vendor performance based on outcomes.
- Ensure smooth communication with leadership, sales, and creative teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, and media buying.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory).
- Experience with PMax, App campaigns, retargeting, dynamic ads, and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking solutions, UTM planning, and attribution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Experience managing teams of 2-6 members.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder handling skills.
