About the Role:
- We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Performance Marketing to fuel our customer acquisition engine across digital channels.
- This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on execution, experimentation, and data-backed decision-making in a high-growth, product-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
- Execute and optimize full-funnel digital marketing campaigns for acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Build campaign structures that maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to drive improvements in ad performance and landing page conversion.
- Implement A/B tests to continuously improve targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, CAC, and LTV.
- Manage and optimize multi-crore marketing budgets with high efficiency.
- Explore new growth channels and lead experimentation initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Blueprint, or similar are a strong plus.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital-first product or fintech environment.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced online product-based company is mandatory.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and related platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Demonstrated success in scaling paid media campaigns profitably.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
