- Full-time MBA (2017 / 2018 /2019 /2020 passout batch) from top B-Schools (IIM's, FMS Delhi, XLRI Jamsedpur , IIFT Delhi, MDI , NMIMS , JBIMS, SPJIMR Mumbai, SIBM Pune, SCMHRD Pune , ISB Hyderabad)

- Proven experience in D2C/marketplace growth & digital analytics.

- Strong leadership, analytical mindset & martech exposure.

- High-ownership, cross-functional leadership role.

- Strategic visibility across digital, tech, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape the future of digital commerce in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.

- End-to-end ownership of the D2C platform including product, tech, performance marketing, and operations.

- Manage digital marketing budget with a strong focus on ROAS and efficiency.

- Drive analytics maturity using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and custom dashboards.

- Drive category and revenue growth across third-party marketplaces.

- Lead CRM strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and martech adoption.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance user experience and platform performance.
