- Keeping a track of media spends of potential advertisers, Traffic details and ensuring that HT Media brands are on top of their consideration set - Responsible for sales of ad inventory for all HT media owned websites, WAP sites and APP. - Responsible for maintaining weekly campaign status tracker and forecasting sheet. - Training of digital selling in remote print locations . - Analyze overall sales force effectiveness and develop solutions to improve performance and resource utilization - Generating revenue and chasing the monthly, quarterly & annual targets assigned - Initiative(Digital) planning, implementation and execution for additional revenue generation - Develop performance plan as per the assigned targets . - Responsible for successful closure of all deals in collaboration with the leaders - Monitor market to drive new client acquisition and identify new opportunities to maximize sales - Coordination with Editorial for business development - MIS monitoring and analysis for the support of the team and plan for directives on regular and periodic basis - Work with the product team to devise customized solutions for potential advertisers from time to time - Collection monitoring with commercial team for realized business and follow up with the market for recovery as per schedule - Regular coordination with the top management for market updates and support required for strategizing modules for effective business drives. - Collaborate with the Ad Ops team and responsible for ensuring timely release of advertisements
