Work on natural products will be a plus - Formulation Development of new formats - Claim substantiation studies - to build basic inhouse in vitro testing capability and co-ordinate with CROs for other studies - Conduct stability studies of the developed products - Successful scale up and technology transfer of the developed products - Good Know how on Excipients/Actives used in the cosmetic product development and proven track record of the same. Natural actives will be an added advantage. - Preparing & reviewing technical documents including formulation development protocols, reports & RM/FP specifications - Knowledge and understanding of the competitor bench mark products currently in the market - Natural products, Regulatory knowledge and SAP knowledge will be a plus
