Hiring: D2C Business Lead GTM & Business Operations (Senior Manager / DGM)
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: AVP Fashion & Lifestyle Business
We are building a new strategic D2C business that will redefine how global brands engage with consumers in India. This role will own the commercial and operational charter end-to-end from business planning to go-to-market execution and revenue delivery.

What Youll Drive:
Business Ownership & Revenue Delivery:
- Own daily business performance metrics: sales, margin, inventory turns & visibility.
- Partner with category/growth teams to drive optimized assortment, pricing & conversion.
- Build P&L visibility and unlock revenue levers across streams.
Go-To-Market Leadership:
- Drive integrated GTM execution across merchandising, marketing & operations.
- Ensure launch readiness and scale-up milestones are executed with precision.
- Create operating playbooks for launch + post-launch maturity.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Lead collaboration with category, marketing, finance, supply chain, product & analytics.
- Ensure clear KPI ownership and structured business governance.
- Run weekly business reviews and leadership updates.
Strategic Planning & Growth:
- Co-craft quarterly/annual plans volume, margin, and marketing budgets.
- Identify process improvements to drive speed, accuracy & scale.
- Translate strategy into measurable execution plans.
Were Looking For:
- 6-10 years experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer-tech
- Proven success in building/scaling new business lines or categories
- Strong P&L understanding & business analytics
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication & problem-solving
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred
