We are looking for a passionate and data-driven CRM & Loyalty professional who can drive repeat customer engagement across digital platforms through marketing automation, customer segmentation, and personalized campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor with strong execution skills and deep analytical capabilities.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer engagement and behavior using tools like CleverTap, AppsFlyer, etc.
- Design and implement retention strategies through Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and other channels.
- Create and manage monthly campaign calendars aligned with marketing priorities.
- Conduct A/B Testing and optimize content and channels for better performance.
- Coordinate with the Brand, Analytics, IT, and Finance teams to execute CRM strategies.
- Drive Offline-to-Online (O2O) engagement strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze CRM performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage CRM budget allocation and monitor campaign ROI.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 8-10 years of experience in F&B, QSR, E-commerce, or Retail sectors.
- Proven track record in customer lifecycle management and loyalty marketing.
- MBA from a reputed institute.
