Skills Set:

- Strategic visual communication across print, digital, film & experiential formats

- Corporate storytelling, leadership presentations, films, and brand initiatives

- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics & video production

- Strong conceptual thinking, branding, and enterprise storytelling

- Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills

- Professional, presentable personality with the ability to work closely with promoters

- Mentoring junior designers; fostering creativity & design excellence

Role Purpose:

To lead high- impact visual communication projects for senior leadership, translating complex healthcare and business narratives into compelling design assets, ensuring brand consistency, innovation, and strategic storytelling across Zydus touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior leadership to design corporate films, keynote decks & vision documents

- Drive creative direction for branding, internal & external communication initiatives

- Ensure design excellence, confidentiality & compliance in leadership communication

- Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, HR, Corporate Comms)

- Stay ahead of trends in visual communication, motion design & AI- enabled workflows

- Manage multiple high- priority projects with speed, discretion & attention to detail
