Senior Manager B2B Demand Generation (Remote | 5 PM2 AM IST)
Overview:
Were seeking a hands-on, data-driven B2B Demand Generation leader who knows how to build pipeline without a big budget. The role involves supporting multiple B2B SaaS clients under a shared marketing modeldeveloping and executing full-funnel demand programs that convert into qualified meetings and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and run integrated outbound programs to generate qualified pipeline.
- Partner with BDRs to refine messaging, targeting, and cadence across channels.
- Execute ABM campaigns for high-value accounts using personalized outreach.
- Develop inbound and outbound programs leveraging content and automation.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing ops to maintain data accuracy and reporting consistency.
- Create scalable frameworks and playbooks for repeatable campaign execution.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B demand generation (preferably SaaS/tech).
- Proven success in outbound pipeline generation via multichannel campaigns.
- Experience in ABM strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical and CRM skills (HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, etc.).
- Excellent written communication and outbound messaging skills.
- Ability to work across multiple clients and industries.
- Bonus: Experience working with US-based markets.
