Senior Manager - Debt Fund Raise

Key Responsibilities:

Debt Fundraising & Treasury Operations:

- Raise debt funding from banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.

- Manage exposure of - 200+ Cr in debt transactions.

- Work closely with bankers, NBFCs, and lenders to drive financing deals.

Financial Execution & Compliance:

- Own end-to-end responsibility-from deal execution to accounting, reporting, and transaction management.

- Ensure MIS, transaction tracking, and compliance reporting are in place.

- Maintain structured reporting and financial discipline.

Stakeholder Management & Execution Excellence:

- Work closely with internal leadership (Founders, CFO, Risk, Credit Teams) to align funding strategies.

- Take ownership of funding operations, ensuring both strategic planning and on-the-ground execution.

- Navigate supply chain financing, NCDs, and working capital funding strategies.

What We're Looking For:

- 5-10 years of experience in treasury, debt funding, or structured finance.

- Strong connections with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

- Financing background: Preferred from fintech, NBFC treasury, or supply chain financing.

- Execution-driven mindset: Ability to not just structure deals but also ensure smooth execution, reporting, and compliance.

- Attention to detail: Highly particular about reporting, accounting, and financial tracking.

- Hands-on approach: Ability to get work done and drive financial transactions effectively.
