Experience: Around 15 - 20 years of experience in Data Strategy, Business Analytics, Process Intelligence or Digital Transformation from Automotive or Engineering Manufacturing industries (Candidates should have experience in Finance domain like - Finance Transformation, FP&A, R2R, P2P, O2C, Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement etc.)
About the Position:
Looking for a Data Strategy & Process Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that drive data-driven decision making, business process optimization, and AI-enabled transformation. In this strategic leadership role, you will partner with Finance, Shared Services, IT, Data Enablement, Supply Chain, Sales, and Digital teams to unlock business value through advanced analytics, process mining, and data strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Strategy Leadership:
- Define and execute the Data Strategy, Business Analytics, and Process Intelligence roadmap.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify reporting, analytics, and data transformation opportunities.
- Present actionable insights and value realization outcomes to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, security, and audit requirements.
Business Analytics & Intelligence:
- Lead the delivery of dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and business intelligence solutions.
- Drive advanced analytics initiatives to improve business performance and decision-making.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver impactful analytical solutions.
Process Mining & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead Process Mining and Process Intelligence programs to identify optimization opportunities.
- Drive process excellence, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Quantify and track business value generated through transformation projects.
Data Management & Governance:
- Champion data quality, standardization, harmonization, and master data initiatives.
- Partner closely with Data Governance and Master Data teams.
- Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams on data integration and architecture requirements.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Analytics and Process Intelligence professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive resource planning and delivery excellence across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Business Analytics, Process Intelligence, or Digital Transformation.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing analytics, business intelligence, process intelligence, or data teams.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through analytics and data-driven initiatives.
