We are hiring a Senior Manager - Data Governance & Execution for a leading global financial services organization to drive enterprise-wide data governance and data management initiatives within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) domain.

Role Overview:

This leadership role focuses on owning data governance strategy, managing large teams, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-impact data programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead teams across Data Governance, Data Quality, Controls & Compliance

- Define and execute the Data Governance maturity roadmap

- Drive enterprise data initiatives across business and technology functions

- Oversee reporting, metrics, control frameworks, and risk management

- Manage budgets, resources, and delivery commitments

- Drive continuous improvement using Lean / Six Sigma practices

- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing leadership teams

Key Requirements:

- Business Execution / Strategy / Program Management roles

- People leadership (large teams preferred)

- Strong experience in Data Governance / Data Management / Data Operations

- Exposure to banking or financial services environments preferred

- Hands-on knowledge of data platforms, governance tools & cloud ecosystems

- Strong stakeholder engagement and execution skills
