Their products are driven by research, efficacy, and innovation, setting new benchmarks in the beauty industry. About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager D2C to lead and optimize the companys end-to-end e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the website performance, data analytics, campaign execution, customer retention strategies, and more. This role blends analytical thinking with a deep understanding of consumer behavior to craft high-converting, engaging user journeys. Key Responsibilities: Website & Operations - Manage all Shopify-related operations: product listings, updates, offers, and collections. - Oversee order fulfillment, inventory sync, and implement strategies to reduce RTO and enhance process efficiency. Performance & Analytics - Track and analyze key performance metrics (traffic, CVR, bounce rate, SKU performance) using GA, Shopify, and other tools. - Run A/B tests, optimize conversion funnels, and generate daily/weekly reports for stakeholders. Customer Experience & Retention - Improve on-site customer journey and post-purchase experience. - Coordinate with the CRM team to optimize WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns. - Drive initiatives to reduce cart abandonment and increase repeat purchases. Campaign & Content Coordination - Collaborate with design, tech, and marketing teams to launch high-impact campaigns. - Ensure product detail pages (PDPs) and creatives are on-brand, well-structured, and conversion-optimized. Growth & Strategy - Drive D2C revenue growth through offer planning, pricing strategies, bundling, and automation. - Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and identify new levers for growth. Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in D2C or e-commerce operations. - Mandatory: Hands-on Shopify experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Klaviyo (or similar tools). - An eye for detail in design, storytelling, and UX. - Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness is a strong plus.
