Senior Manager - Cyber Security - Infrastructure EPC Firm

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security leader for a global Engineering & Infrastructure conglomerate. This role is pivotal in safeguarding a digital landscape that spans over hundred countries. You will be responsible for consulting, advising, and implementing best-in-class Cyber Security practices, working closely with global OEMs and MSSPs to ensure a robust, compliant, and risk-resilient infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategy & Governance : Design and implement comprehensive IT security principles, policies, and multidisciplinary governance frameworks to ensure regulatory, legal, and risk compliance.

- Security Operations : Manage the end-to-end security landscape, including DLP, Secure Web Gateways, EDR/XDR, SIEM, VPN, SSL, SSO, and VAPT.

- Risk Management : Lead cyber security assurance and infrastructure planning to mitigate global risks across diverse business units.

- Stakeholder Management : Govern productive relationships with third-party partners (MSSPs/OEMs), ensuring service delivery meets stringent SLAs.

- Project Leadership : Apply formal project management principles to manage the scope, cost, and quality of security infrastructure investments.

- Architecture & Planning : Oversee the IT infrastructure landscape, ensuring seamless integration of security protocols across global operations.

Technical Skills & Capabilities :

- Expertise : Deep understanding of EDR, XDR, SIEM, VAPT, and Cloud Security governance.

- Frameworks : Mastery of ITIL, ISO 27001, BCMS, and global cyber security governance standards.

- Troubleshooting : Proven ability to maintain and troubleshoot enterprise-level IT infrastructure under tight constraints.

- Project Management : Experience in managing large-scale IT investments and partner engagement theories.

Candidate Profile :

- Education : B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics.

- Certifications : CEH, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certifications are highly preferred.

- Experience : Minimum 12 years in IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/managerial capacity.

- Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present risk-posture reports to senior management.
