Senior Manager - Custodian Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Custodian Operations to lead our large-scale operations.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of industry experience, with at least 10 years in a senior operational role within global Custody or Asset Management.

This pivotal role requires a leader with a proven track record of driving performance optimization, building high-impact teams, and aligning business processes with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for driving strategic transformation, including process automation and productivity enhancements.

- Team & Talent Management: Build and nurture a high-performing, inclusive team through

effective talent development, coaching, and succession planning.

- You'll promote a culture of engagement, excellence, and continuous learning.

- Strategic Alignment: Partner with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies and ensure all processes align with the US Custodian business strategy.

- Risk & Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to future-proof the business.

- You will also manage operational risks and ensure compliance.

Skills

- Leadership: Proven track record in managing diverse, high-performing teams and complex delivery engagements.

- Strategic & Analytical: Strong skills in program execution, risk management, and analytical thinking.

- The ability to develop and execute performance frameworks to measure success.

- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to automation tools is a plus.

- Interpersonal: Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Experience & Education

- Education: A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field
