Senior Manager - CSR - Manufacturing

Job Purpose:

Leading the strategic direction of the company CSR initiatives and ethical practices, ensuring legal compliance, and spearheading the integration of sustainability into CSR strategies to elevate the company reputation and enhance stakeholder engagement at a higher level of leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and refine the company CSR vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

- Ensure that all CSR activities comply with legal requirements and ethical standards and oversee CSR governance structures.

- Engage with senior stakeholders, including investors, customers, and regulatory bodies, to communicate CSR commitments and progress.

- Lead and mentor CSR managers and teams, fostering a culture of social responsibility throughout the organization.
