Job Role: Policy - Personal loan
Location: Mumbai
Job Description: The person would be a senior resource, key to the team, he would be responsible:
- Policy Creation / Designing - writing/ amending existing credit policies in liaison with product, risk team;
- BRD preparation - ensure the same is implemented by the digital team.
- Portfolio Quality - Closely monitor and evaluate the overall performance RBF portfolio PAN-India. Study trends/ growth/ risk/ identify Early Warning Signs (EWS) and ensure corrective action is accordingly taken in the policy and we implement it in the field (on-boarding application) through the digital IT team.
- New Initiative's - Ideation and Implementation of new products, if any.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Portfolio Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor and evaluate performance indicators of Portfolio and study trends for growth and risk levels.
- To review the credit portfolio and propose appropriate corrective measures from time to time.
- Identify Early Warning Signals & Key Risk Indicators.
- Identify Industry trends and identify areas of opportunity & risk.
Credit Policy:
- Lead design & implementation of policy for Personal Loan.
- Amendments to policies/processes with regard to managing various risks
- To set and monitor threshold limits for various product variants.
- To work with Bureau to track industry level initiatives.
Implementation of Policies:
- Ensure the policy is implemented through the digital team in a timely manner.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Functional Skills:
- Sound knowledge of lending products and policies for personal loan business. Knowledge of lending in PL, unsecured loans, PAN / markets would be an add-on.
- Knowledge-Excel, Word, Power-point a must. Advanced excel, Power BI / other analysis tools- add-on.
- Presentations Skills to senior management.
