Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Overall responsibility for the credit management function and oversee the underwriting / credit control of all loan files. Assist in the development of a new lending platform and assist in the establishing and updating all lending policies & guidelines.

- Excellent Product knowledge across all elements of Two-wheeler Product & have a 360-degree view of the market, strong in risk management skills, ability to have foresight on portfolio direction, loss estimates and how to control the same.

- Conduct Portfolio Analysis and Monitor Portfolio delinquencies at a micro level, identification of segments, programs, locations, and profiles which are delinquent.

- Ability to shape the risk appetite of the product in line with growth objectives and Risk Appetite framework of the bank alongside risk-based pricing.

- Analytical and evaluation ability. Understanding of data and ability to apply same for tracking portfolio performance trends.

- Facilitate implementation of technological interventions like scorecards, digital journeys, and automation to streamline processes from login to disbursal.

- Establish appropriate internal underwriting procedures and criteria to control risk and oversee the development of the company's underwriting systems.

- Attend all External/Internal Audit queries and ensure timely submission of required clarification/data/documents.

- Formulation and implementation of policies, new products, line assignment for the product.

- Create test pools on portfolio, participate in rules alignment with tech, UAT and sign off relevant developments/projects.

- Build necessary system controls for policy implementation

- Identify loopholes in existing processes and proposed projects from risk perspective and provide inputs

- Monitor and manage bounces / default rates, 30+, NPA, write-offs.

- Work closely with Data Science teams on new model development requirements and improvement of existing models.
