Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy & Market Research to drive long-term strategic planning, market intelligence, and growth initiatives. The role partners closely with leadership to shape business direction, evaluate new markets, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Strategy & Planning:

- Define and execute corporate and business unit strategies

- Lead annual strategic planning, corporate planning, and long-range growth initiatives

- Support leadership in strategic decision-making and investment prioritization

Market Research & Intelligence:

- Lead market, product, and competitive research projects

- Conduct market assessment, sizing, and opportunity analysis

- Evaluate new market entry, GTM strategies, and expansion opportunities

Growth & GTM Strategy:

- Develop growth strategies across products, services, and geographies

- Partner with sales and marketing teams on GTM strategy formulation

- Track performance of strategic initiatives and course-correct as needed

Stakeholder & Project Management:

- Manage cross-functional stakeholders including leadership, sales, finance, and operations

- Lead strategic initiatives from scoping to execution

- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Candidate Profile:

- 14+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, or Market Research

Strong background in:

- Strategic planning & corporate planning

- Market and competitive analysis

- Growth strategy and new market entry

- Proven experience managing large, complex research projects

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
