Description: We are looking for a Sr.
Manager - Insurance Broking (Corporate Sales) to drive new client acquisition, manage key corporate relationships, and grow the general insurance portfolio.
The role requires strong execution skills, hands-on sales leadership, and deep domain knowledge across corporate insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Acquire new corporate and SME clients through proactive business development initiatives.
- Drive sales across Property, Liability, Engineering, Marine, Cyber, and Employee Benefits insurance lines.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline to meet revenue and growth objectives.
- Handle client inquiries, RFQs, and mandates with a consultative sales approach.
- Communicate product offerings, pricing, and value propositions effectively.
Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow long-term relationships with assigned corporate clients.
- Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and underwriters to ensure competitive quotes and optimal coverage.
- Conduct client risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage and mitigation strategies.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Skill Set:
- Master's or Bachelors degree or equivalent; MBA or insurance certifications preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in corporate insurance sales or broking.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and broking operations.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
