Senior Manager - Corporate Sales - B2B Segment - Operating Lease

About the Role:

The Sales division is seeking a strategic and results-driven contributor who can help us in expanding the operating lease business by acquiring new clients. The candidate will be instrumental in driving growth and building our market presence.

The candidate should have the following skills:

- Ability to take initiative, self-motivated & disciplined

- Proactive approach towards business development

- Knowledge of the automobile leasing industry, specifically operating lease and other allied leasing services

- Ability to contribute towards company's growth through market research, sales development and business promotion activities.

- Understanding of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector

Software Proficiency:

- Expertise in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (V-look up, pivot etc.)

- Knowledge of Business Intelligence Software like Tableau, PowerBI and Project Management Tools like Asana, Trello, Salesforce etc. will be an added advantage

- Working knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace

Responsibilities:

- As a part of sales division, work towards the sales target by hunting of new clients and expand leasing business by offering full-service operating lease to customers.

- Work closely with the team to define and implement our strategic growth initiatives.

- Contributing in maintaining a robust sales pipeline that exceeds revenue and market share targets. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver the desired result.

- Clarity about the automobile industry and should be able to explain the leasing benefits to the corporates. He will be member of the core sales team which accelerates sales performance by applying the skills and collaborating with team, strategic planning and project management.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience requirement

- Graduate & above

- 3 -15 years' experience

- Relevant work experience like corporate sales, new business development, client relationship management, financial analysis etc.

- Experience in business development role in any field will be an added advantage

- Good communication skills
