Senior Manager - Corporate HR Business Partner

- Strategic partnership: Advise senior leadership and managers on people-related strategy, and align HR practices with overall business objectives.

- Talent management: Implement and oversee talent acquisition, performance management, career development, and retention strategies.

- Employee relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, improve work relationships, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

- Organizational development: Work on organizational design, change management, leadership coaching, and team building.

- PMS - Should have driven PMS cycles independently
