Are you an experienced Events & Experiential Marketing professional who thrives on creating high-impact experiences and managing large-scale events end-to-end? We are looking for a Senior Manager - Events & Experience to lead the planning and execution of impactful events that drive engagement, motivation, recognition and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic event plans aligned with business objectives

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale domestic and international events

- Manage event budgets, cost optimisation, ROI and commercial accountability

- Drive vendor, venue, travel, hospitality and event production management

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Training, Communications, Finance and senior leadership teams

- Manage event agencies, suppliers and external partners

- Design and execute recognition, awards, rewards and engagement programs

- Ensure seamless event operations, compliance, safety and contingency planning

- Drive consistent brand experience and communication across all event touchpoints

- Measure event effectiveness through attendance, feedback, engagement and business impact

- Lead and develop a team of 3-4 professionals

Ideal Candidate:

- 14-15+ years of experience in Events / Experiential Marketing / Corporate Events / Event Management

- Strong experience managing large-scale corporate events, conferences, leadership meets and recognition programs

- Proven expertise in event budgeting, vendor management, logistics and end-to-end execution

- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional management skills

- Strong commercial orientation with the ability to manage budgets and measure ROI

- Experience in managing teams and multiple stakeholders

- Graduate degree is mandatory; qualifications in Event Management / Experiential / Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
