Description /Job Key Result Areas: 1. Reach out to CFOs/Finance Heads at Target Anchor end and pitch SCF solutions. 2. Assist Lead - Corporate Coverage in designing bespoke SCF solutions to suite Anchor environment & share Term Sheets. 3. Assist Lead - Corporate Coverage to negotiate and close Anchor Agreements / MoUs with Anchor teams. 4. Share inputs & provide coordination to Credit Team for finalizing the Anchor Program. 5. Roll out Anchor Programs to Sales Teams and guide Sales on "Program USPs/Pitch". 6. Ensure coordination with Regional Anchor teams to ensure sales support for sourcing. 7. Monitoring Anchor portfolio and timely escalation about any overdue / potential stress. 8. Regular visitations/relationship management with Anchor teams to share feedback
