Corporate Communication -Internal and External:
- Develop and execute communications strategies and initiatives in alignment with the business strategies and top management.
- Provides strategic communication counsel and advisor to the leadership team.
- Manage & lead targeted communication initiatives across all levels of internal and external audiences, ensuring relevant message delivery and positive impact.
- Build and enhance corporate identity and branding through design, frameworks, and guidelines.
Public Relations, Digital & Social Media, and External Affairs :
- Manage Media Relations and Public Relations including controlled news announcements, press releases, crisis communication to ensure the Group's leading share of voice in the market.
- Develop and track the effectiveness of communications, PR, and social media programs.
- Remain aware of industry trends and best practices.
- Strategic positioning of the organization.
Corporate Identity, Brand Management, Reputation Management :
- Build the brand and raise brand awareness through different channels, leading with PR and Media.
- Developing brand and maintaining consistency.
- Ensure all communication & collaterals are on-brand.
- Developing and implementing crisis communication plans
Expertise required in :
- Corporate Communications Strategy - Internal & External, Media Strategies, Content Strategies
- Engaging with PR Agencies,
- Digital & Social Media Management
- Leadership Communications, Reputation Management & Crisis Communication
- Collaboration with the leadership role
Requisites:
- 7-10 years experience in corporate communications.
- Ability to be an advisor to senior leaders, considering the bigger picture of the business, the marketplace, and the competition.
- Problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
- Financial Services/BFSI/NBFC Sector exposure is preferred.
